飛行機でアメリカ本土に戻るとき、マイアミ空港で着陸態勢で減速していたら、急に加速、再上昇しました。直後、アナウンスがあり、滑走路に他の飛行機がいたとのこと。おいおい！そんな気軽に言うなよ！です。ちなみに、この航空会社はその１か月後に倒産してしまいました。
When we were about to land on Miami Airport, our plane suddenly sped up and flew high again. The captain explained that there was another airplane on the runway. It isn't a joke! Hundreds of people might have been killed! To make bad matters worse, the would-be victims might not have been able to get enough damages payments, for a month later the airline company went bankrupt!
