宇宙から地球を見たときに見える唯一の地形としてあまりにも有名なグランドキャニオンですが、あまりに雄大すぎて、昼間に見ると平板な感じがします。その点、朝夕の光を受けて陰影のついた渓谷は造形美に満ちてとても美しいです。
Grand Canyon is extremely famous as the only landscape on earth recongnizable from the outerspace. The canyon, however, is too huge that it appears to be rather mono-toned in the daytime. On the other hand, it is truly impressive when shone with morning or evening light.
