マラケシュでの初めての町歩きのときにはガイドをお願いしました。（ホテル前にたくさんたむろしています。）観光そっちのけで、無理やりじゅうたん屋や土産物屋に連れて行かれたという苦情も多いのですが、私たちについてくれた人は「当たり」でした。買い物には興味がないと伝えておいたところ、その手のお店にはいっさい寄らずに、観光ポイントをきちんと案内してくれました。「貯金がないので、嫁さんをもらえないんだ」と嘆いていましたが、もう結婚できたかな？
We hired a guide on the first day in Marrakech. We sometimes hear complaints that people were made by guides to visit carpet shops and souvenir shops unwillingly. But our guide happened to be very nice! He never forced us to go to such shops. He said he couldn't get married because he didn't have enough money. I wish he has by now earned enough and is married.
