公園目指して車で走っていると、道路に帽子が落ちていました。そのまま進もうかなとも思ったのですが、対向車もいなかったので、反対車線に出て、よけました。通り過ぎるときによく見てみると、なんと、亀さんがのんびり横断していたのでした。轢かなくてよかった！
When I was driving to th park, I found a hat on the road. Though considering to drive straight on at first, I decided to get into the opposite driving lane to avoid it, for there was no up-coming traffic. Passing by, I watched it closely and was surprised to find that it was a turtle crossing the road. It was lucky that I didn't slain him!
