フィレンツェから鉄道で訪れました。駅に改札はなく、自分で切符を機械に入れて契印をしなければならないのですが、忘れてしまい、検札に引っかかってしまいました。外国人観光客ということで、注意されただけですみましたが、皆さんは忘れないでくださいね。ピサの駅から斜塔までは少し離れていますが、人の群れについて行けば間違いなく着けるでしょう。斜塔だけが有名ですが、隣の大聖堂も結構立派です。
I visited Pisa by train from Firenze. Passengers were required to punch their tickets for themselves on boarding. But I forgot it and was scolded by the conductor. Although I wasn't given any penalty as it seemed to be often the case with foreign tourists, I advise you not to make the same mistake. At Pisa you must walk some distance from the station to the tower. But you would not got lost as long as you follow other people. Althogh the tower is outstandingly famous, the cathedral next to the tower is pretty marvelous, too.
