私は、パリではだいたいいつも東駅のそばにある安宿に泊まっていました。決してきれいな場所ではありませんが、それほど治安が悪いわけでもなく、便利なので貧乏個人旅行者にはお勧めです。
In Paris I normally stayed at an economic hotel near Gare de l'Est. Though not very clean, the area is not too dangerous and is well served by metro and bus to say nothing of train. It is, therefore, suitable for poor but energetic travellers.
