王家の谷で入った王たちの墳墓の壁に描かれた絵のカラフルさにはびっくりさせられました。日本の高松塚古墳の繊細な壁画も素晴らしいですけれど、こちらの壁画の明るさもなかなかのものです。（もちろん、（保存条件などが違うのに比べても仕方ないとはいえ、）一般人に直接見せてくれる点は断然こちらがいいです。）
The pictures drawn on the walls of kings' graves in the Royal Valley were astonishingly colorful. Although the wall pictures of Takamatsuzuka (Japan) are very subtle and beautiful, the brightness of these pictures are amazing, too. Needless to say they are far better to be open to the general public, while Takamatsuzuka allows access only to selected researchers.
